TV ADDICT : VAMPIRE DIARIES SEASON 3 EP 10

Hello and welcome to TV ADDICT . . . .  a place where i come to review, preview and well obsess about all my TV loves.

As you can tell I'm kinda crazy addicted to The Vampire Diaries and last night i finally got to watch episode 10 of the latest season .

Yes I know I'm still one episode behind the rest of the world but it ain't my fault! 

anyway here goes. . .

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES EPISODE 310

LETS RECAP . . . 

Bonnie has a dream about the witches' massacre house, where she finds the coffins of the Originals. One coffin opens and she sees the body of Klaus with the Original Witch's necklace. Back in reality, Stefan asks Bonnie for help in hiding the coffins from Klaus. Bonnie, with help from the dead witches, makes the coffins invisible. She informs Stefan that the coffin she saw opening in her dream is the key to tormenting Klaus but it is sealed with a spell. Klaus wants Elena and Damon to find Stefan in order to get his coffins back but when they refuse, he gets a hybrid to run over Jeremy who has been off vervain due to Tyler's influence and has been compelled by Klaus. Alaric pushes Jeremy out of the way and gets run over. His ring brings him back to life but doesn't heal him; he needs vampire blood to heal him. Alaric meets Dr. Meredith Fell , who is intrigued with his amazing ability to heal. Stefan reveals to Damon that he stopped the plan to kill Klaus to save Damon's life. Stefan then reveals his plan to torment Klaus in revenge for what Klaus turned him into and refuses to return the coffins, despite Klaus' attempts to kill Jeremy. Elena makes a deal with Klaus to spare Jeremy's life in return for Rebekah's daggered body. When Elena reveals to Klaus that Rebekah wants him dead because he killed their mother, Klaus keeps the dagger in her. Elena asks Damon to compel Jeremy to leave Mystic Falls and move away with family friends so he can have a normal life away from the supernatural. Elena thanks Damon for everything and Damon admits that because Stefan saved him, he can't not feel guilty for wanting what he wants (Elena, his brother's girl). He then says that if he's going to feel guilty, 'he'll feel guilty about this' - and he kisses her.

Let’s discuss. . . .  

Oh my word so many thoughts, so many gasps where do I begin? Okay let’s start from the beginning.

Opening sequence Bonnie’s dream: nice to see Ms Bennet again! That dream- weird, a bit scary but utterly intriguing.

Alaric: uhm the Gilberts new father figure? Totally loving how fatherly he is with Jeremy and how him Elena and Jer-Bear have turned into a cute little family.

Bonnie and Stefan working together: in a way -kinda sexy or is it the sexy bad-ass-Stefan part? Stefan needs a witch (and well Bonnie gal you needa charging for your services).Lol.

Either way I kinda love the dynamic.

Creepy ghost witch house: Stefan’s new hideout? It has a vintage feel yet "spirited feel to it" which I’m totally loving.

Tony the hybrid: Yikes stalker alert. But it's okay Elena coz he's like totally HOT.

Jeremy & Tyler: Once enemies now best friends? I like it. It’s Kind of one of my favourite "blossoming" friendships on the show. Even though Tyler kinda betrays Jeremy, that friendship is strong and has a lot of "friendship chemistry".

Mr Klaus: How much I love you!! Even though you so evil and evil and trying to kill everyone on Mystic Falls -I still love you.

Klaus & "rotting" Rebecca moment: tear! All you ever wanted was your family together and you truly love you siblings. Please don’t cry Klaus, you gonna break my heart when you have such moments.

Jeremy get out of the road! : Jeremy has a fight with Elena and Alaric over Tyler, takes a calla and runs outside to stand on the road while a speeding car comes at him.

No Jeremy! No! Oh thank goodness Alaric pushed you out of the way. Damn boy you nearly gave me a heart attack.

Alaric injured: Oh snap. Don’t worry he has pretty lil ring that keeps him alive. Wait Jeremy don’t you have one too? You took it off? coz Tyler Lockwood secretly got you off vervaine. That will teach you to trust a hybrid Jeremy!

Later on due to Alaric’s wonky ring, Alaric kinda nearly dies. Basically he wakes up and boom he falls to the ground. Elena & Jeremy take him to the hospital not before Jeremy chops "Tony the Hybrid's" head off with a kitchen clever. At the hospital Alaric bumps into pretty little Dr. Meredith Fell who is quite intrigued by Alaric’s healing abilities.

Bonnie breaks her pact and tells Elena & Damon where Stefan is: How could Bonnie? Oh wait Klaus tried to kill Jeremy .I’m a girl I understand.

Stefan & Elena moment: Stefan is gone totally heartless and refuses to help them .Elena is totally heartbroken and slaps Stefan.

Even though I’m a huge Stelena fan, Stefan kind of deserved it. Go Elena!!! 

Question: Why doesn't Damon’s ring work, but Stefan’s does even though Stefan was like more evil then Damon??

Stefan and Damon moment: Yes yes yes!!! I've been waiting for this moment for what feels like forever! I cried inside.  

Damon kicks Stefan ass right out of our lovely haunted mansion, kicks him to the ground, breaks a branch, steaks Stefan in the chest and hurts him until Stefan finally tells Damon that he betrayed him to (again) save his life. Awwh I wanna cry!

Further in the episode Damon convinces Stefan to let him in on his plan coz nobody does bad ass like Damon Salvatore. And besides Salvatore’s work best when they together. 

Stemon forever dammit! 

The Tyler Dilemma: Tyler is kinda confused in this episode. He's sired to Klaus who (in his mind) isn’t actually that bad. But then Klaus is hurting his friends and (hello) He went after Jer-Bear.

Elena & Jeremy: My heart really goes out to these two. They basically only have each other now. I guess Elena feels guilty for Jeremy’s pain coz in way it was all caused by her. They really love each other (and I really love them). I guess because she loves him so much that’s why she had to do what she did and make Damon compel Jeremy into leaving town and having a life far away from ‘the Danger zone’ that is Mystic Falls. Coz in the end Jer was right when he said ‘no one getting out of this town alive”. At least now he’ll have the chance/opportunity to actually survive.(this part in the ep really got on my heart strings)

Elena & Damon:

Can I first mention- How well Damon is integrated into the Gilbert clan (and yes I include Alaric here) .Very ‘cute’. LOl

 Can you feel the chemistry? Coz damn is hot! I’m a Stelena fan, but wow even I cannot deny the D/E chemistry. From that flirty moment at the Mystic Grill to the sexy kiss at the end, I did not stop gasping!

THEY FINALLY KISSED!! I mean he kissed her, but she didn’t pull away either! And he did it because he wanted something solid to actually feel guilty about. Love it when Damon goes all bad-ass.
